Luca Rossetti won his third Rally del Friuli and he is now equal with Basso, De Cecco, Travaglia, Munari and Barbasio. The only one with four wins there is Andreucci, who doesn’t compete anymore in italian rally championship.
Rossetti in Citroen C3 R5 took the lead on second leg from Campedelli in Ford Fiesta R5 MK2, who was first after first leg and was fast whole weekend, but on SS10 had double puncture and fell on P6 on the end of race.
Fight was also for second place between Basso and Crugnola. On the end Crugnola, who won in italian asphalt section, finished on second place with just 0.8 second ahead Basso, both in Škoda Fabia R5. Fourth finished Rusce finished almost five minutes behind winner, which it show how fast are top four drivers, who are also very close in championship standings. Fifth overall finished Marco Zannier in “old” Renault Clio Williams.
In italian 2WD section won Tommaso Ciuffi and Marco Pollara in italian junior section. Lucio Da Zanche dominated in historic section and won in italian historic section. “Lucky”, who finished second” won in ERC historic section.
There competed also one slovenian crew: Rok Turk and Blanka Kacin. They finished second in “Coppa Italia” section, just 3.6 seconds behind Bravi – Bertoldi in the same car, Hyundai i20 R5.
