Tanak took it all in Chile

Ott Tanak and Martin Jarveoja from Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT took all possible points from 1. Copec Rally Chile as sixt event for World Rally Championship.

They were leading whole event (except after SS1) and than took also five points from powerstage where second was Ogier (Citroen), third Latvala (Toyota), fourth Loeb (Hyundai) and fifth Meeke (Toyota).

There was battle for second place between both Sebastiens. On finish line was Ogier faster for 7.1 seconds ahead Loeb.

Points got also Evans (P4), Suninen (P5), Lappi (P6), Mikkelsen (P7) and Meeke (P10).

Points and also first postitions in WRC2 Pro section got also Rovanpera from Škoda Motorsport ahead Ostberg from Citroen Total.

Alberto Heller, who was in battle with Takamoto Katsuta, had accident on P14, so Katsuta won with high lead ahead Guerra junior and Martin Scuncio.

Battle for championship title is now very tight. Ogier leads with 122 points ahead Tanak (112) and Neuville (110). In manufacturer championship Hyundai leads with 178 points ahead Toyota (149), Citroen (143) and M-Sport (100).
