Rebenland Rallye wasn’t just a second event in austrian national rally champonship, but was also first event in Mitropa Rally Cup. There was present also one slovenian crew Matej Požar – Milan Širca in Peugeot 208 R2. It was his third event in this car and he finished already on podium. He finished second in class 4, third in austrian 2WD championship and fourth in Mitropa Rally Cup.
First win in new season of austrian championship got Hermann Neubauer (Fiesta R5) after close battle with Julian Wagner (Fabia R5), who had one close moment with spectator and had spin, where he lost a lot of seconds. Neubauer won with 25.3 seconds ahead Wagner and almost three minutes ahead Gunther Knoboch in another Fabia R5. Knobloch secured his first third place in austrian championship right on Powerstage. Before that was Kristof Klausz (first time in Fabia R5) on his place, but made a mistake on last stage and finished fourth overall.
But Klausz won with big time gap ahead others in Mitropa Rally Cup. Second finished Hermann Gassner senior (Lancer Evo X R4) and thid his son Hermann junior (Toyota GT86 CS-R3).
In Mitropa Historic Rally Cup won Rino Muradore (Ford Escort RS 2000) ahead Guido Persello (Opel Kadett GT/E) and Arpad Merenccsis (Suzuki Swift GTI Mk1).
