M-Sport will continue competing in WRC

When world rally champion, Sebastien Ogir, left M-Sport after finish of this season, M-Sport lost also some their main sponsors and they didn’t know if they will be able to competing in new 2019 season.

But yesterday team announced their competition in next season with two full-season drivers Teemu Suninen and Elfyn Evans. Both will have new codrivers: Marko Salminen with Suninen and Scott Martin with Evans.

New driver in third car will be swedish driver Pontus Tidemand, who left Škoda Motorsport and also managment team Even Management after sixt years. For now are confirmed his two events with last specification of Ford Fiesta WRC: Rallye Monte-Carlo and Rally Sweden. Also Tidemand will have new codriver, when his codriver stayes in Even Management team and wil drive with Ole Christian Veiby in a Volkswagen Polo R5.

But not just drivers and codrivers – also team principal will be new. This will be Rich Millener, when Malcom Wilson has stepped down of position and he focused on consulidating of his company.
