What a crazy conditions are on roads on Rally Turkey Marmaris, which counts for World Rally Championship. It is really challenge for technic of new cars, for tires and of course for drivers. Thanks for Super Rally rule, because without this rule could be just about thirty crews on start today.
It seems it isn’t so bad to be first on the road on this event, because both first drivers who started on Leg 1 are also on first two places in overall classification. Thierry Neuville is just 0.3 second ahead Sebastien Ogier. Very good first leg had also Andreas Mikkelsen, who was on the lead up to last stage yesterday.
Breen lost second place due puncture on SS5 where due puncture lost lead Jan Kopecky in WRC2 section. He lost more than two minutes due changing two tires but on his luck also his rivals (Tidemand and Tempestini) had the same problem so Kopecky was back on the lead on last stage yesterday. Second in WRC2 is now Chris Ingram (+16.3) and third Simone Tempestini (+2:37.9).
In WRC3 and JWRC section leads Julius Tannert wit 7.9 seconds ahead Ken Torn and 32.9 seconds ahead Emil Bergkvist.
